Which session should I choose?
Choose a reading for perspective on your questions, coaching for ongoing personal growth, or energy work and meditation for rest and reconnection. If you are unsure, the Helios Method offers a personal blend shaped around you.
 

How much time should I book?
Choose from the durations shown for each service. In Tarot & Oracle Reading, ask as many questions as time allows; 60 minutes gives you more time and deeper exploration.
 

Where do sessions take place?
Online sessions take place via Zoom. In-person sessions in East Hampton, NY and New York, NY are available by request. BioMat, Private Sound Bath and QHHT appointments use the private East Hampton studio; the address is shared after confirmation.
 

What does Request to book mean?
Your preferred time is a request. Niko-Helios confirms availability personally. BioMat and Private Sound Bath are paid at the studio. For QHHT, an online payment link is sent after confirmation.
 

How do coaching programs work?
Programs are paid once, with no recurring charges or fixed expiration. Life & Spiritual Coaching is six sessions for $900 or twelve for $1,800; Executive & Leadership Coaching is twelve for $3,000. Each private session is 60 minutes. Purchase first, then sign in with your purchase email and visit My Sessions to use your credits.
 

How do monthly memberships work?
Choose Book with Your Membership in My Sessions, then sign in with your purchase email to use your included appointment. Solar Guidance includes one 60-minute private session per billing month; Inner Circle includes one 90-minute session. Monthly sessions do not roll over. Community, Solar Guidance and Inner Circle have a three-month minimum; cancellation is arranged by email.
 

How should I prepare or reschedule?
Bring your questions and intentions, and choose a quiet space for Zoom sessions. For astrology and astrocartography, have your birth date, exact birth time and birthplace ready. Please allow at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule, using My Sessions or your confirmation links. There is no cancellation fee. For changes within 24 hours, personal help or privacy inquiries, email info@heliosmagus.com. Refund requests are reviewed individually.
