Energy Healing 

My Energy Healing journey started many years ago when I trained as a Reiki Master and then continued to develop and expand into other modalities that are complementary and play well with each other. These include Theta Healing, Vortex Healing, Quantum Healing Hypnosis, Sound Healing, Soul Speak, Esoteric Healing, Crystalline Soul Healing and others. Everything is energy and having energetic tools can really help the integration and optimization of body-mind-spirit. 

 

As a healer, I don't see you as broken or lacking in any way. In my practice dis-ease comes from the Soul/Higher Self as a message and thus it is a gift that needs to be opened, understood and acted upon. Once the required action is taken, then there's no need for the message and hence the dis-ease is addressed. As human beings, we are multi-dimensional beings / souls incarnated in a body, with thoughts, beliefs and conditioning based on our upbringing, education, family, external experiences etc.. We have thoughts but we are not our thoughts, we have emotions but we are not our emotions, we have bodies but we are not our bodies.

This is the basis of my Energy Healing practice - we are energy and energy healing tools meet as where we are.

As an Energy Healer, I use a range of tools and techniques to ease you into Mind, Body, Spirit integration and well-being.

 

What does it mean to be well integrated in mind, emotions, body, and spirit?

 

Mind and emotions: The mind naturally should be relaxed, reflective, and creative. Your emotional experience should be of a loving, compassionate heart. Your emotions are a positive part of your daily life, not marked by repeated worry, anxiety, or depression. 

 

Body: Physical well-being means that you experience a joyful, energetic body. You have all of the energy that you need to complete everything you want to do in your day, and your body feels vibrant and healthy. 

 

Spirit: Spiritual health is defined by lightness of being and a greater connection to the Universe. If you experience this lightness and sense of purpose, bliss follows and you are eager and open to life. This is spiritual wellness.

What are the Energy Healing tools I use? 

 

Reiki: gentle, angelic/Arcturian energy, used primarily to bring peace to your system and balance your chakras/energetic centers - Mikao Usui's lineage.
